My Story . . . and my personal welcome
Hi there!  My name is Jennifer Richards and I have been in the health and fitness industry for more than 20 years.  During that time I've had an incredible opportunity to work with amazing teachers and clients, learning so much from both.
I've been fit.  I've been strong and I've been injured.  I've changed my own body from what I have learned and am blessed to have helped hundreds of others do the same.
I believe that vibrant, awesome health is an option at any age.   I know it because I live it.  And at 47, I feel like the best years are still ahead of me.

Kristina

Mission Beach Pilates Instructor

Hi, my name is Kristina Halkowycz, I was born and raised in Union New Jersey. About 13 years ago my husband and I decided to move to and settle in San Diego. I attended Seton Hall University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Broadcasting with a minor in Russian. After college I worked in the television industry for over 5 years and had experience with everything from running camera, to audio, chyron, and master control. Though I loved working in production I decided to make a career change and become a Pilates instructor and could not be happier! Pilates is my passion because it gives me the opportunity to help individuals not only achieve their fitness goals, but to also rehabilitate current or past injuries that cause mild but often chronic discomfort. I believe there is no need to live in pain or without the physique you have always wanted!

I am excited to have been given the tools and training needed to become a Certified Pilates Instructor. I am certified in beginner to advanced Pilates exercises which include, but are not limited to, mat/floor Pilates, The Reformer, The Cadillac, The Wunda Chair, The Ladder Barrel, and various other small apparatus. These tools enable me to successfully help you get in amazing shape while ridding your body of the aches and pains that are typically associated with muscle imbalances and current or past injuries.
