Enjoy Pilates on the paddle board in beautiful Mission Beach. This class starts with a lesson on the beach to teach you paddle technique, launching, paddling and turning. Then, we paddle to a calm cove and anchor down the boards before moving through a 75 min of pilates exercises on the boards. Concluding the class with a Pilates infused cool down and stretch, finish with a gentle paddle back to shore.

Fusing comprehensive blends of strength and flexiblity exercises on the beach then jumping on the paddle board for endurance-focus paddle drills. Our Stand Up Paddling-Basic Skills lesson provides an on-land instruction before heading out on the water. While stand up paddling might seem quite simple, we'll teach you proper launching and paddling techniques making sure that you are utilizing your core and getting a good workout. Lastly we will teach you turning techniques that will help you navigate your board through the water.
